Revela Gifts delivers orders across India to locations covered by our logistics partners. Deliveries are subject to the serviceability of the destination, and we strive to dispatch all orders from our warehouse without unnecessary delay.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.
Shipping Information
We work with third-party logistics partners to complete order deliveries. Every order is hand-packed with care and shipped along with the necessary shipping label. After your order has been picked up by our delivery partner, a tracking email will be sent to you, enabling you to track your shipment at any time using your order number.
Standard and express shipping options are available, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping address and the selected mode of transport.

Estimated Shipping Timelines
We understand the anticipation of waiting for a package, so we prioritize quick dispatch. On average:
- Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines depend on the destination PIN code and the serviceability of our delivery partners. Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 3 business days in Tamil Nadu and 2 to 7 business days for all other states.
Since we work with trusted delivery partners, orders often arrive sooner than the standard 5–7-day window, particularly in metro areas. Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer. In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, our team will proactively follow up with you.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse based in Chennai, India, to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Delivery Attempts & Unavailability
Our delivery partners will attempt to contact the recipient up to two times before returning an undelivered order. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the correct PIN code and a reachable mobile number.
